Job Title: RPA developer
Location: 100% Remote (Romania)


Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with expertise in UiPath to design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and test RPA workflows using UiPath.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical documentation.
• Monitor and maintain existing RPA solutions, addressing any issues that arise.
• Provide training and support to team members and end-users.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an RPA Developer, specifically with UiPath.
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts and best practices.
• Basic programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or VB.NET.
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, Oracle) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Qualifications

• UiPath certification is highly desirable.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
