United Solar is currently hiring Sales Representatives who are recent high school graduates. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative solar energy solutions to residential customers by canvassing neighborhoods and going door to door strategically. This is a great opportunity for recent high school graduates who are looking to gain valuable sales experience and kickstart their careers in sales.

Responsibilities

• Canvassing neighborhoods going door to door to make customers aware of the utility rate increases while providing a solution in solar panel systems
• Engage with potential customers to understand their energy bills and how to reduce costs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service and follow-up
• Collaborate with the sales team and the management to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Document and report sales activities, progress, and results on a regular basis

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends
• Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed
