About the Role

JD Logistics America is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our growing team in Fontana, CA. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in supply chain or logistics who are passionate about driving business growth through operational excellence. As a key member of the Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting e-commerce sales activities, enhancing client engagement, and collaborating across internal departments to ensure seamless execution of customer initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the global Sales team regarding sales processes, tools, policies, and activity coordination.
• Support the end-to-end process for new customer onboarding, including account setup and documentation collection.
• Conduct bi-weekly audits of billing records to ensure accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and support invoicing processes.
• Assist in preparing sales contracts, reviewing client documentation, and generating regular reports on sales data, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
• Identify and research potential B2B and B2C sales leads to support business development goals.
• Maintain and manage customer pricing structures and discount levels with accuracy and timely updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Operations, Customer Service) to facilitate the successful execution of sales projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
• Understanding of e-commerce or supply chain operations is strongly preferred.
