Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Salesforce Data Cloud or similar platforms.
- Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, or similar are highly desirable.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce development tools.
- Good knowledge in AMScripting of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Exposure to data integration with Cloud paltforms like GCP or AWS would be an advantage.
- Experience with data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and APIs.
- Familiarity with ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
