Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate automatic or manual Screen Printing Press.
• Tape screens so ink only goes through the design.
• Align the screens to the press pallets.
• Line up registration marks.
• Learn angles of squeegees for ink.
• Put ink on the screens.
• Load shirts on the pallet.
• Retrieve screens.
• Gather the garments needed for each job.
• Set up jobs/colors.
• Break down the screens by removing and taking them to get cleaned.
• Make sure all the coloration is correct when printed on the garments.
• Complete a test print for each order to measure and get manager approval.
• During a run ensure that garments are straight and even on pallet.
• Identify and troubleshoot as needed on the machine.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Basic Requirements:

• Experience with manual and/or automatic t-shirt presses.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work at least 32 hours a week, Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM.
• Must show strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift, pull, or push up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Work in a Warehouse environment with heated machines. Work does have a bay door open, so include Florida weather conditions of high heat/humidity, and wet weather conditions.
• Perform kneeling, squatting, bending floor-to-waist/waist-to-overhead, reaching overhead.
• Simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (tools/keyboard/writing).
• Perform all cleaning duties with the use of cleaning chemicals.
• Engage in extensive walking and/or standing.
• May sit/stand for several hours at a time.
• Frequent change and/or interruptions.
• Repetitive movements.

Job Type: Full-time

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred).

Work Location: In person.
