Executive Chef (Seasonal) – Private Club | The Hamptons, NY

As Executive Chef , you’ll lead all culinary operations, design seasonal menus, and mentor a talented team across multiple outlets. You’ll balance creativity with tradition, delivering fresh, approachable fare in a high-volume, summer-season setting.
Season: Memorial Day – Mid-October
Reports to: General Manager
Responsibilities
• Lead all culinary operations across multiple outlets
• Design and execute seasonal menus that reflect member tastes
• Recruit, train, and mentor the culinary team
• Manage purchasing, inventory, and vendor relations
• Oversee scheduling, sanitation, and cost controls
• Collaborate with management on budgets and menu planning
• Maintain a visible, hands-on presence in daily operations
Qualifications
• 10+ years of progressive culinary leadership
• Formal culinary education preferred
• Experience in multi-outlet or seasonal environments
• Proven creativity and consistency in menu design
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Expertise in cost control, budgeting, and purchasing
• Commitment to quality, teamwork, and hospitality excellence
