We’re partnering with a fast-growing mortgage company to help them hire a Senior Administrative Assistant who’s eager to step into an Executive Assistant track with room for growth. This is a unique opportunity to become the right hand to the President, supporting both executive needs and general office operations.

Responsibilities:
- Support the President with calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and email correspondence
- Draft and send communications, prepare meeting materials, and help manage follow-ups and priorities
- Assist with outbound calls, vendor updates, and organizing operational processes for a busy executive
- Provide administrative support for the office, including loan processing tasks like ordering titles, managing vendor reports, and coordinating DocuSign requests
- Help with light marketing tasks, such as scheduling social media posts
- Build systems and processes to help the President manage growing business demands effectively
- Participate in occasional after-hours events, calls, or urgent project needs
- Serve as a collaborative partner with a long-term vision for growth alongside the leadership team
Requirements:
- 3+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience; financial services or mortgage experience is a plus
- Proactive, polished, and hungry to take on more responsibility in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a sharp eye for detail
- Strong organizational abilities and comfort managing shifting priorities
- Familiarity with DocuSign, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Microsoft Office, and general office technology; experience with ChatGPT tools is a plus
- Trustworthy, flexible, and eager to be a true partner to leadership
