Senior Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain comprehensive calendars for senior leaders, including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
  • Arrange complex domestic travel plans, utilizing systems like Concur or similar tools to ensure seamless logistics.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and vendors, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to support office operations and facilitate effective workflows.
  • Assist with special projects and adapt to shifting priorities as required.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of administrative experience supporting senior-level leadership or teams.
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Excel for scheduling, correspondence, and data management.
  • Experience coordinating and executing complex domestic travel arrangements; familiarity with Concur is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Ability to effectively set and manage expectations with partners and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
