JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognizedprofessional services consulting firm, is experiencing unprecedentedgrowth. As a result of our success, we have a full-time positionavailable for a Senior Aviation Project Manager to join our AviationArchitecture team in Atlanta, Chicago, Columbia MD, Dallas, Detroit,Lexington, Madison, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Nashville, North Charleston,Richmond VA, or Tampa. Responsibilities include managing medium to largeprojects for budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation; developingand managing client contacts to secure future work; developing proposalsincluding scope and pricing; and providing project quality control.Travel will be required (potentially up to 50% of the time). Thesuccessful candidate must have the following: A professional degree inarchitecture, engineering, or other related field from an accreditedcollege or university At least 10 years of related technical experiencewith at least 2 years of project management experience The idealcandidate will have any/all of the following: Experience managing mediumto large projects; experience working on and/or managing aviation orgovernment projects; experience developing new clients and maintainingrelationships with current clients; experience developing proposalsincluding scope and pricing; experience with quality control; andexperience mentoring less experienced staff. A professional license inarchitecture with NCARB certification is highly preferred. Currentaccreditation as a LEED AP, WELL AP, or Guiding Principles ComplianceProfessional are highly preferred.
