Position : Senior Project Manager

Location : Des Plaines, IL

Salary : $140,000 - $165,000 annually + bonus

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end management of large-scale construction projects ($20M+), ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project goals and drive successful outcomes.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
• Provide strategic leadership, mentor project teams, and resolve complex challenges to keep projects on track.
• Deliver regular progress reports to stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of leading $20M+ projects.
• Expertise in healthcare, public works, education, industrial, or office space construction is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project) is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
