Through focusing on the parking space, they have grown to become one the biggest and most well-known names for their commitment to the market nationwide. With ambitious plans to grow this year, they are hiring for a Senior Project Manager in Tampa to assist with ongoing projects in Florida.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to join a Tampa office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of construction / project management experience, with a strong background in concrete, restoration, and / or parking garages. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage complex projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in concrete, restoration, or parking garages.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• PMP certification is a plus.
