Responsibilities: - Build and refine financial models to support planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Analyze performance metrics to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities for growth
- Deliver clear, actionable insights through reports and presentations to senior leaders
- Collaborate with teams across the company to ensure financial goals align with broader business objectives
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly close processes, including variance analysis
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline reporting and analysis
- Support special projects and ad hoc requests as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, or investment banking
- Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with financial modeling
- Familiarity with business systems like NetSuite or Salesforce is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills-you can explain complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Experience in tech or SaaS companies
- Skilled in creating polished presentations using Google Slides or PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Ability to balance detail with big-picture thinking and make sound judgments in ambiguous situations
