We're Hiring: Senior Financial Analyst – Commercial Real Estate

We're looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst with deep expertise in commercial real estate and lease analysis . This role plays a key part in supporting strategic decision-making through financial modeling, forecasting, and portfolio analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex financial models related to CRE assets and lease structures
• Analyze lease terms, rent rolls, and market data to assess investment opportunities and portfolio performance
• Partner with real estate, legal, and finance teams to support lease negotiations and asset management
• Prepare clear, data-driven reports and presentations for senior leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–7+ years of financial analysis experience in commercial real estate
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong understanding of lease structures, NOI analysis, and real estate valuation
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights clearly
