PTA Corporation, a plastic injection molder and tool builder, is an “entrepreneurial” manufacturer whose customers are leaders in the medical device, defense, homeland security, and technology industries including Fortune 500 OEMs. Our business has started to grow dramatically, and we are currently looking for a Senior NPI Engineer to join our team.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the transition of new projects and processes from Tooling to Manufacturing. This position will work closely with the customer to define manufacturing requirements, validation protocols, and to identify and correct issues. The position will manage cross-functional deliverables, track progress, and efficiently execute new projects. Strong leadership and excellent communication skills are required. This position will act as the primary contact between functional groups within the organization and will ensure that all stakeholder requirements are properly communicated and accomplished.
