Senior QA Tester - Salesforce Location: Austin, Texas
(MUST RESIDE IN AUSTIN AREA) Contract Type: 12-18 months
We are seeking a highly experienced QA Test Engineer to join the Software Quality Assurance team for a Salesforce enhancements project. This position requires an individual with at least 8 years of experience in QA automation and expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test cases for large-scale enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce testing, and proficiency with tools like Selenium, Jira, JMeter, and Webdriver.IO Minimum Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in manual test script execution
- 8+ years of experience with automated QA testing, including test case creation and execution
- Experience leading UAT testing activities and working through the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong experience testing Salesforce applications
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and automated testing tools such as Selenium, Webdriver.IO, and JMeter
- Proficiency in Agile (Scrum) methodologies, and experience with tools like Jira and XRay/Zephyr
- 3+ years of experience with accessibility testing for web applications
- Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter

- Excellent communication skills to document and explain test results and defects

Key Responsibilities: - Design and maintain automated test scripts and cases for Salesforce applications using Selenium, Webdriver.IO, and JMeter
- Perform manual testing and load/performance testing as required
- Track test case execution, document defects, and provide regular test reports using Jira and XRay/Zephyr
- Collaborate with development teams in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and troubleshoot test case issues
- Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices to ensure alignment with project goals
- Provide on-call support as needed
