We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our solution services team. As a Sr Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that enhance our business operations and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visual force, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce implementations, including integrations with other systems and applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and other Salesforce configurations.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of Salesforce applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and its integrations.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions and integrations.
• Education Cloud and Salesforce Einstein, service cloud and data cloud.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce administration.
• Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and version control systems.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Education Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce development
