Position: Salesforce CRM Developer
Location: Bloomington, IL / Atlanta, GA / Minneapolis, MN
Duration: 6-9+ Months contract to hire
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce CRM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing Salesforce as a CRM, coupled with expertise in Salesforce Financial Service Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The candidate will also demonstrate knowledge of release management, CI/CD processes, and application development, with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce CRM solutions to meet business needs and objectives.
- Leverage Salesforce Financial Service Cloud to configure, customize, and enhance customer experiences.
- Develop custom applications and components using Apex , Visualforce , and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems through Salesforce APIs and middleware solutions.
- Ensure seamless deployment of updates and new features using release management tools and CI/CD processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and provide technical expertise.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce implementations to optimize performance and user satisfaction.
- Adhere to best practices in Salesforce application development and data management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in implementing Salesforce as a CRM in complex business environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Financial Service Cloud , Apex , Visualforce , Salesforce APIs , and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
- Comprehensive understanding of release management processes and proficiency in CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of application development and software lifecycle best practices.
- Salesforce certifications are required , with preference for:
- Salesforce Application Developer
- Salesforce Platform Developer II
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Salesforce Application Architect
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
