We’re partnering with a leading structural engineering firm with multiple offices in Southern California. Known for delivering award-winning work on large-scale commercial projects, this firm is looking to add a Structural Engineering Project Manager to its team in Los Angeles. This is a high-visibility role with strong opportunities for growth and leadership, working on complex, large-scale concrete and steel structures.

The firm values team collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence. Candidates must bring a solid background in commercial buildings and seismic design and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.

Position Highlights:

• Lead the full lifecycle of structural engineering projects
• Work closely with firm leadership and mentor junior engineers
• Engage with clients and contribute to business development efforts
• Collaborate on large, technically challenging commercial building designs

Requirements:

• 10+ years of building design experience
• Proven leadership capabilities and strong communication skills
• SE (Structural Engineer) license
• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from a U.S. university
• Commercial project experience (e.g., hospitals, airports, hotels, apartments)
• Familiarity with a wide range of structural materials, especially concrete and steel
• Seismic design/retrofit experience (ASCE 41) strongly preferred
• DSA & OSHPD experience is a plus
• Business development skills strongly desired
