The Senior UX Researcher position will report to the Principal UX Research. As the Senior UX Researcher, you will: + Collaborate with qualitative researchers, UX designers, product managers, marketing stakeholders, and executives to continually enhance users' experiences by identifying opportunities and pain points. + This Senior UX Research role will be expected to plan, field, analyze, and report research findings, with a particular focus on quantitative methodologies. + You'll delve into questions such as user preferences, satisfaction with Earnest products, strategies for delivering superior experiences, identify market opportunities, and the underlying motivations behind these insights. + Your tasks may encompass a range of projects, including traditional usability testing, conjoint analysis surveys to gauge product preferences, and longitudinal thought leadership surveys and reports. Your Impact: + In this role you will address critical questions and identify opportunities for further exploration and product development. As part of Earnest's collaborative environment, you'll work with a diverse range of departments, implement strategic initiatives, and disseminate findings across the organization. + As a Senior UX Researcher, you'll evolve into a subject matter expert on our user base and serve as a trusted resource for inquiries.
