Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager to oversee service delivery for high-stakes global digital projects. This role involves leading multiple project teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of top-tier customer service. As a Senior Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for strategic planning, project governance, and aligning project goals with the client s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery & Team Management

• Accountable for end-to-end service delivery across multiple tracks for a digital client, managing globally located delivery teams.
• Direct and guide Project Managers, Track Leads, and group managers on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Oversee daily delivery management to ensure adherence to service standards, KPIs, and budget requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement & Risk Management

• • Evaluate trade-offs among project size, complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value.
  • Engage with stakeholders to clarify project requirements, assess critical project risks, and ensure that projects meet ROI targets.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, act as the Voice of Customer, and drive changes to enhance Customer Experience.

Strategic Development & Process Improvement

• • Set strategic development goals, staying updated on new practices and technologies to maintain high customer service standards.
  • Identify account growth opportunities through client relationship management and effective networking.
  • Lead efforts to continuously improve processes, aiming for operational efficiency and independent project execution.

Financial Management & Reporting

• • Manage P&L for the account, leading financial planning and ensuring account growth.
  • Oversee resource planning, utilization, and contract demand, supporting budget adherence and business objectives.
  • Lead WBR, MBR, and QBR meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress, performance, and future strategies.

Operational Excellence

• Synthesize data into actionable insights to address critical business issues.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and legal obligations are met across all customer interactions.
• Drive resource planning for optimal utilization and manage transition, pre-bid, and RFP processes.

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor s in Engineering with 15-20 years experience or Master s Degree with 15+ years experience.
  Required Experience :
• 8-12 years managing large-scale agile programs with a focus on global service delivery.
• 10+ years of experience in People Management and Stakeholder/Client Management.
• Proven experience with outsourced techno-functional projects; knowledge of Cloud environments is a plus.
• Skilled in Agile methodologies with adaptability to changing tech requirements.
• Strong understanding of Engineering Support Services, especially cloud products.
