Title: ServiceNow Data Architect

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 Months

Required skills:

1. ServiceNow Platform Knowledge Knowledge of CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and SPM
2. In-depth understanding of ServiceNow Data Architecture
3. Integration-Experience in ServiceNow Data integration techniques, including RESTful API, Web Services, JDBC, MID Server, data Import sets, and designing Transformation Maps for data load from different sources. Knowledge of Integration tools like ServiceNow Integration Hub, SailPoint, and MuleSoft.
4. Data Modelling- Design and implement data models within ServiceNow. Knowledge of best practices for data modelling to ensure scalability, performance, and Maintenance of complex data structures.
5. Reporting and Analytics- Ability to design complex Reports/Dashboards across Platform workstreams. Efficient in ServiceNow Platform reporting tools like Performance Analytics, Reporting, and ServiceNow native reporting Engine.
6. Data Governance-Manage Service4Now Data Management projects. Provide directions to junior team members.
7. ITIL Framework knowledge- Understanding of ITIL principles and how they are implemented in ServiceNow.
8. Communication and Stakeholder Management- Strong communication skills to communicate with both Executive management, peers, and junior members of the team. Willingness to teach junior members and bring them up to speed on ServiceNow Data maintenance.

Additional Requirements [FTI or CJIS Background Check, Must Travel, etc]

• SNow Certified Systems Administrator
• Any Implementor certification (e.g. CIS-ITSM)
• ITIL certification
• Agile Certification (e.g. Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master), (SAFe POPM)
