Client is looking for ideal candidate to have the following experiences:

• Relationship Management/Consulting experience with upper management/Board of Directors.
• Experience with Group Medical Benefits (H&W) and Retirement services. Medical is the more preferred experience.
• Industry designation(s) - CEBS (most preferred) , CLU, ChFC, CFP or CFA designation preferred (will be able to earn on the job if they don’t have it already)
• Ambitious, motivated, easy going and relatable – someone who wants to serve
• Must live in territory and near a major airport

What you will be doing is promoting, explaining, advising, and enhancing member engagement and participation for the clients' qualified employee benefit plans as well as the clients' membership and services. You'll be consulting with co-op management personnel on all aspects of employee benefit plans. Serves as a liaison for the clients' member cooperatives and advises on all aspects of integrated employee benefit plan designs, available program and service options, and developing an overall total compensation strategy.
