Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Entry-Level Settlement Processor at our Ellicott City, MD location. The Settlement Processor will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks related to real estate settlements, including preparing and reviewing settlement documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and working closely with clients, lenders, and other parties to complete transactions smoothly. The role will also require accurate data entry and assisting with customer inquiries as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to review and process settlement documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
• An understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals to ensure secure handling of sensitive documents and data
• Customer Service and Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an office setting
• Prior experience or education in real estate, law, or title insurance is a plus although not required
