Brilliant is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team in Waukegan, IL.

We are currently looking for someone able to work the 9 AM-5:30 PM shift.

Responsibilities:

• Assist dock lead with inventory counts, quality checks, and proper allocation of new inventory to designated areas.
• Load and unload trucks, and receive and process incoming packages, deliveries, and transfer orders.
• Support contractors and vendors with deliveries and ensure smooth coordination.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, monitor stock levels, and report discrepancies or improvements to leaders.
• Assist team members with fulfillment needs 
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist with additional tasks as requested by leadership. 

About you:

• High school diploma/equivalent
• Previous work experience that demonstrates your ability to get stuff done and be an effective team player
• Comfortable with computers
• Detail oriented and organized
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Active problem solver
• Ability to lift heavy objects (30-40 lbs) and complete routine physical tasks
• Open to working in a fun, fast paced environment
