Position Summary: Sitters must create a kind, caring, supportive environment, follow medically directed patient care plans, and provide companionship.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work with seniors
• Ability to work well with others

Responsibilities:

• Provide kind, encouraging patient support and assistance for assigned residents in their activities of daily living
• Monitor and report on any changes in condition
