Role Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Social Media Manager & Virtual Assistant who understands the ins and outs of personal brand growth and stays ahead of social media trends . This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced digital environment.

Qualifications

Social Media Strategy & Management

• Oversee and execute content posting across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Research, plan, and implement trending strategies for brand growth
• Engage with the audience, respond to comments/DMs, and foster community engagement
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

Content Support & Coordination

• Assist with content organization, scheduling, and repurposing
• Work alongside video editors and content manager to ensure fulfillment is in place for clients
• Research viral trends, hashtags, and algorithm shifts to optimize engagement

Virtual Assistance & Administrative Tasks

• Manage client fulfillment, coordinated meetings, and organized daily schedules
• Assist with campaign launches, brand partnerships, and social media outreach
• Kept up with U.S. market trends on social media

✔ 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably for a personal brand

✔ Knowledgeable in the latest social media trends, tools, and strategies

✔ Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-sufficient in task execution

✔️ Drive for entrepreneurship and want to learn about building a business or just would like to be involved with a startup company

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

✔️ Have built a presence or have helped someone build a presence
