Social Worker - 24-40 hours per week (Flexible Schedule) (Bartlett Texas)
Our facility is looking for a qualified caring licensed Social Worker to assist with completion of MDS assessments timely for our facility; some admissions, Medicaid applications; and QA weekly. Assist with managing family visits per CDC guidelines. Strong documentation skills are a definite plus!
Knowledge of current Medicare and Medicare Replacement plans is highly needed.
