Join our team as a Sourcing Recruiter and play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top Operations Leaders globally. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about sourcing strategies, possess exceptional research skills, and excel in candidate engagement. As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment approaches and contribute to the long-term growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract top-tier Operations Leaders
- Conduct thorough research using various channels to identify potential candidates
- Interview candidates based on position specifications within set timelines
- Utilize internal ATS and CRM systems effectively for candidate management
- Network with passive candidates and maintain relationships for future opportunities
- Collaborate with hiring teams to create tailored assessment and closing techniques
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for efficient recruiting practices
Skills:
- Strong research and hunting abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
