Sr. Executive Personal Assistant

Position Type: Full-Time, Remote
Location: Remote (Preferred candidates from Latin America; Cordoba, Argentina is a plus)
Salary: $2,000 USD/month
Hours: 30-40 hours/week

About the Role:
A family first executive, balancing life between Texas, Argentina, and Greece, is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Sr. Executive Personal Assistant. This role is critical to the daily management of his family’s personal and household affairs, spread across multiple countries and time zones. As a trusted partner, you will take on a wide range of responsibilities to support their personal and family operations, allowing them to focus on what matters most.

This position requires someone who excels at multitasking, has exceptional attention to detail, and can operate independently in a dynamic environment. The role will involve managing household operations, coordinating events, supporting childcare arrangements, and handling a variety of personal tasks that Nikos and his family currently oversee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Household Management:
    Oversee operations across homes in Texas, Argentina, and Greece. This includes coordinating service providers, managing home maintenance, and ensuring efficient daily operations across different locations.

  • Event Planning & Gift Coordination:
    Plan and organize family gatherings, holidays, and special events. Manage gift buying and distribution for birthdays, holidays, and other celebrations.

  • Personal Organization:
    Assist with organizing digital files, managing meal planning, and coordinating family travel itineraries across multiple countries.

  • Childcare Coordination:
    Help manage the schedule for their 4-year-old son, including booking childcare services, organizing playdates, and arranging activities.

  • Language & Time Zone Management:
    Handle communication with service providers in both English and Spanish. Greek language skills are a plus but not required. Navigate time zone differences to ensure smooth coordination between family locations and service providers.

  • Administrative Support:
    Provide day-to-day administrative assistance, including managing personal schedules, maintaining digital records, and handling miscellaneous tasks as they arise.

  • Social Management:
    Support the family in maintaining social connections by sending reminders for important dates, arranging social engagements, and assisting with personal correspondence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (Greek is a plus but not required)
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant , executive assistant , or in household management roles
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks across different locations and time zones
  • Self-starter who can work independently after initial training
  • Experience in handling event planning , household operations , and childcare coordination
  • Cultural adaptability and comfort working across multiple countries, understanding local customs, and managing international relationships
  • Prior experience managing personal affairs for high-net-worth individuals and their families is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace , task management apps, and online calendars
