Objective/Purpose
The Superintendent/QC/SSHO II will manage the mid-size/moderate complexity projects for Client. This role oversees the total construction effort to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the project documents, budget, schedule, and to the satisfaction of the client. It is expected that this individual will effectively communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. The Level 2 Superintendent/QC/SSHO is responsible for the overall safety and quality of the project and may supervise Level I Superintendents/QC/SSHO.

Physical Demands
Performance of the required duties will require physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, passenger use of construction personnel hoists, ability to climb ladders and negotiate work areas under construction. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Performing this job requires use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, sit, talk and hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works on-site at the construction work site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. The noise in these work environments is usually moderate to very loud. The proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will be required when exposed to the above conditions in accordance with OSHA and EM-285 safety provisions.

This is a full-time salary position. Travel is required within the United States; this role is job site based.
Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours, but there are occasions where weekend/night work is required due to contract requirements and/or logistical reasons.
