Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our warehouse operations. The Supply Chain Manager plays a critical role in optimizing the flow of materials and information across the entire supply chain to maximize customer satisfaction, minimize costs, and drive sustainable business growth. This position plays a pivotal role in the logistics and operations of a company, ensuring the smooth flow of goods or services from supplier to customer.

In this role you will be responsible for; Strategic Planning, Supplier Management, Inventory Management, Logistics Management, Risk Management, Performance Monitoring, Process Improvement, Cross-functional Collaboration, Managing Staff and Compliance and Ethics.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring seamless workflow.

Manage inventory control systems for accuracy and efficiency.

Maintain safe and organized warehouse facilities.

Optimize supply chain performance and cost management.

Communicate effectively with team members about PO statuses and issues.

Manage, and supervise Warehouse Staff. 

Create and Improve Processes. 

Coordinate all inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping, receiving, picking and packing. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field, preferred. 
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or related roles.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving operational efficiencies.
• Spanish speaking preferred. 

Additional Information

Salary: $90,000
