Description :
- Medical Device company with significant growth
- Calling on Hospitals and Surgery Centers
- Sell operating room / surgery medical devices alongside neuro and spine surgeons
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, surgical suite staff, and purchasing departments
- Not on call, only local travel around the metro area
Requirements :
- Medical Device or B2B outside sales experience
- Proven ability to knock on doors, cold call, prospect and close new business
- Track record of consistent over quota attainment and solid sales achievements
- Someone driven, motivated, and can grow a territory
- Ability to travel within the city
Compensation : $50-60K base salary, 85-100K+ total year 1, uncapped commissions, extra bonuses, car allowance + Gas, Expenses, and full medical benefits.
