Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team while fostering strong client relationships.
• Work as part of a survey team to meet project deadlines, fulfill client requests (both internal and external), and ensure production standards are met.
• Oversee and coordinate external survey subcontractors.
• Apply QA/QC processes to ensure the quality of final survey deliverables.
• Develop fee structures, draft, and review project proposals.
• Ensure all activities comply with company safety protocols.
• Maintain regular communication with team members and project managers to keep projects on track and meet client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (Indiana registration required).
• 5–10 years of surveying experience.
• Interest in acquiring licensure in additional states.
• Ability to solve complex problems effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
