CNC Swiss / Mill Turn Machinist – Direct Hire | Greater Rochester, NY

We are seeking experienced CNC Swiss and Mill Turn Machinists for a high-tech, clean, climate-controlled facility in the Rochester, NY area. This is a direct hire opportunity with competitive pay, excellent benefits, and strong leadership focused on team culture and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate Swiss-style and Mill Turn CNC machines
• Work from prints, process sheets, and CAD models to produce precision components
• Use standard inspection tools and apply GD&T principles
• Collaborate on process improvements and support team training

Qualifications:

Level I – 1–2 years’ experience

Level II – 3–5 years’ experience; ability to program and troubleshoot

Level III – 6+ years’ experience; advanced programming

Trade school completion preferred. All levels require a high school diploma or equivalent.

Evening and overnight shifts available. Employees will received shift differentials as well.
