Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and administrative positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create targeted recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, campus programs, and recruiting events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
• Must be detailed oriented.
