Entry Level Technical Recruiter

Salary: $50,000 + uncapped commission

Location: Boston

Working pattern: 5 days in office, with hybrid schedule available on the first promotion

What you will be doing as an Entry Level Technical Recruiter within our Organization:

• Learn and understand the nuances of the Artificial Intelligence market.
• Identify future business and initiate strategic plans for growth
• Manage the recruitment process from candidate qualification to placement
• Cultivate and manage candidate relationships.....we’re all about the long game!
• Bring on new accounts and manage client relationships in a competitive environment
