Title: Senior Technical Writer

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• 10+ years of relevant experience

• Hands on Experience in documentation tools (e.g., Adobe illustrator, Adobe Captivate, Microsoft Word)

• Proficient in technical writing, including creating clear, concise, and accurate content

• Strong grammar, spelling, and proof reading skills

• Analyze data to create well-structured documents

• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) for organizing and publishing content

• knowledge in Engineering Product Development life cycle process, PLM workflow including Change Management

• Work closely with subject-matter experts, engineers, and other stakeholders

• Ensure accuracy in technical descriptions, diagrams, and instructions

• Consistently follow style guidelines

• Desire to have HVAC product knowledge (at high level).
