Tired of the big corporate mental health companies or facilities that promise everything and don't deliver? We are looking for the next member of  The Prevail Counseling Team  OR   business-minded practitioners to grow their own satellite office in your area. Joining The Prevail Team means you will be able to enjoy all the luxuries of working as a licensed mental health provider in private practice BUT without the private practice headache! We are not a huge corporate mental health company that promises everything and does not deliver.

We are a real group of mental health providers who work together to share the overhead cost and since we are established, there is no marketing yourself and no competition. We are independently owned and you will get to work next to other great mental health professionals, not just be another employee.

We offer Full-Time, W2, health insurance, vision, dental, and a possible signing bonus. We also take care of insurance credentialing. If you have a physical office in a different city in Texas, GREAT! Let's talk about satellite locations for you.

Our dedicated front and back office team will spoil you and take care of all administrative tasks so you can focus on what's important, client care. Our licensed mental health providers will find happiness in seeing your clients, providing great therapeutic care, writing your notes, and going home.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $80,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Maintain all CEUs required to keep your state license valid.
• Perform therapeutic evaluation, testing, counseling, or therapy for the specific populations that you enjoy serving. We will discuss the populations you feel the most comfortable with and if you have any specialties.
• After sessions, reports, client notes, treatment plans, safety plans, or continuity of care must be completed.
• After-school/work hours and working with different populations will help create a solid caseload.
• Client sessions are either in-office at our physical location in Conroe, TX or can be completed by telehealth to all Texas residents.
• If you have a physical office in a different city in Texas, GREAT! Let's talk about satellite locations for you.
• W2, health insurance, and possible signing bonus. We also take care of insurance credentialing.
• No need to market yourself. We are established and have health referral sources.
• We cover your Malpractice Insurance.
• No Administrative tasks besides keeping up with your clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Ph.D., PsyD, degree or higher.
• Must have and maintain a State of Texas license as a Psychologist.
• Maintain all CEUs required to keep your state license valid.
• Working with a diversified age and client population will determine full-time or part-time caseload.
• Additional certifications or experience is a plus! Play Therapy, Directive Play Therapy, EMDR, DBT, etc...
