Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tow Truck Driver/Operator to join our team. As a Tow Truck Driver/Operator, you will be responsible for towing and transporting vehicles to designated locations. The ideal candidate will have a clean MVR, with experience operating light-duty tow trucks. Your excellent customer service skills and kindness will be essential in providing a professional and courteous experience for all drivers and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a tow truck safely and efficiently to transport vehicles to designated locations.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the tow truck is in good working condition.
• Load and unload vehicles from the tow truck, using a rollback or wheel lift and dollies.
• Drive in a safe and defensive manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, communicating clearly and professionally with all drivers and customers.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure efficient and reliable service.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience operating a tow truck. If no experience, will train the right candidates.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a professional, kind and courteous experience.
• Ability to drive in a variety of weather conditions, including heavy rain and snow.
• Familiarity with rollback and/or wheel lift and dolly operations and the ability to load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Physical stamina to perform the demands of the job, including lifting and bending.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
