We combine Heat, Infrared Energy & Exercise to help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studio offers 24-hour access to virtual workouts ranging from Hot Yoga to Hot Cycle, Hot Core and more. We are currently opening a studio in Green Bay’s Titletown District and are interviewing for Sales Associates.

Role Description

Trainer Sales Associates (TSAs) can be full or part time employees. It is an on-site role at our Green Bay, WI - Titletown District location. As the TSA, you will be responsible for growing HOTWORX memberships. Together, with the General Manager, you will develop sales strategies and meet sales targets. Your goal is to create a welcoming environment for members and guests. You may also be expected to engage in the community through social media, community events and local fairs. Regular tasks include:

• Promote HOTWORX through on-site, local community events.
• Participate in social media efforts to spread the word of HOTWORX.
• Work as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through community outreach, promotions, and events. Using phone, texting and email outreach to prospects to generate guest traffic and membership sales.
• Meet individual sales goals on a monthly, weekly and daily basis using measurements tools provided by HOTWORX® POS software.
• Hold yourself accountable for executing sales prospecting responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service daily by building and maintaining relationships and support with all members and guests.
• Perform various tasks to manage and maintain the facility, equipment, cleanliness, and sales staff.

Compensation: Hourly pay with a commission structure. Annual pay is dependent on full-time or part-time status, hours worked and sales made.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
