Job Description

As a Bench Certified Dietary Manager, you will be an integral part of the leadership team, both in your center and as a manager for your Aramark SeniorLIFE+ account. You will be overseeing the day-to-day food service operations for Aramark accounts, managing a team, client relationships, profitability of the account, and staff development.  

This is a traveling role. You will be providing culinary support to senior living facilities within the region.

Job Responsibilities

• Provides nutritional screening, monitoring, and implementation of the nutrition plan of care for the residents under the guidance of the Registered Dietitian  
• Maintains excellent relationships with our clients.    
• Works with your staff to create nutritious and premier quality food for your residents under the direction of a Regional Culinary Director and with contribution from the Registered Dietitian  
• Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.  
• Participates in resident satisfaction programs, departmental meetings as directed, and QAPI programs.

Qualifications

• Certified Dietary Manager/CDM or Dietetic Technician, Registered DTR is required  
• At least 2 years of food service management in healthcare or senior living preferred.  
• ServSafe™ certified, or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment  
• Microsoft office applications, EMR, and tray card system use.
