Job Duties: The successful candidate will work with the Americas Cash Manager in Atlanta/Brazil , assisting the Global Cash Operations team. Primarily this individual will oversee, review, analyze and report on key treasury key metrics. This individual will work along with the corporate treasury and finance group. This role is an "office based policy" role based in our Atlanta, Georgia WHQ.
The key responsibilities: - Provide operational support to the Americas cash operations lead
- Ensure financial controls are adequate to safeguard company funds, financial reporting, and documentation
- Prepare Americas cash positioning data and analytics using available reports and/or bank statement data in our TMS (Treasury Management System)-Kyriba
- Prepare cash flow forecast
- Support, analyze and review debt repayments, both for reporting and debt module updates in Kyriba
- Support Treasury with acquisitions, divestitures and special projects and oversee integration activities
- Analyze, review and report bank fees analysis
- Help develop strategies to reduce bank fees
- Support Treasurer and Assistant treasurer with adhoc reporting requirements.
- Assist with the monthly and quarterly close process including SOX procedures and external reporting
- Work in a highly collaborative, team environment within a multi -cultural environment
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, or other related Business discipline
- Minimum of four years of work experience in Treasury
- Accounting skills in Oracle Cloud preferred
- Proficiency in Treasury Management systems such as Kyriba preferred
- Proficient in Excel
- Flexibility to travel on occasion
