Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Truck/Fleet Maintenance Technician based in San Leandro, CA. The responsibilities include conducting regular maintenance, identifying and troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing repairs, and implementing preventative maintenance plans. The technician will ensure that all vehicles and equipment are in safe, operational condition, and that all work complies with company and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance to ensure safe and effective operations of vehicles and machinery
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and technical issues
• Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance and implementing schedules to optimize equipment performance
• Hands-on experience in Maintenance & Repair of trucks and fleet vehicles
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards
• Relevant certifications in automotive or equipment maintenance are a plus
