We are looking for an experienced UX Design Manager to join our Design Team. You will focus on leading a team to deliver the best Product Design by taking business, product, tech, and regulatory requirements and combining them into easy to use, beautiful, and scalable experiences. You will lead the team and collaborate with your direct reports. You'll serve as a strategic partner to peers in Product and Engineering to create software products with a positive impact on the business and our customers. Excellent collaboration and a focus on people are necessary for success in this position. You will report to the VP of Design, and is focused on Financial Management products. This role is based in Palo Alto, CA. You Will: Lead the Design team. Grow Design talent. Provide feedback on performance. Foster career development. Lead the Design team to create beautiful, production-ready web and mobile web designs that reflect the brand, express UX best practices, and result in an engaging User experience. Establish processes to ensure UX fidelity. Test design solutions and proposals in partnership with UX Research. You Have: Over 5 years of expertise in Product UX Design, collaborating directly with Product and Engineering teams. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in UX, HCI, or related fields. Proficiency in Figma and great at remote collaboration within distributed teams. Experience with user-centered design principles. Experience guiding Designers to create engaging user experiences aligning with product, business, compliance, and technological goals. Experienced in simplifying complex products into intuitive and elegant design solutions, prioritizing user experience. Passionate about creating aesthetically pleasing and functional software solutions Advocate for the end-user. Our job titles may span more than one career level.
