Become an Outcoder as a Senior UX/UI Designer

What you'll need to be successful:

• Solid Experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer 
• Portfolio in English is a must with a good showcase of your work
• Design thinking: understand users, challenge assumptions, and redefine problems to reach innovative solutions.
• Wireframing and UI design: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
• Prototyping and testing
  
• Developer handoff: Information must be communicated to the developers clearly and effectively for a smooth handoff
• Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong Client Facing Experience
• Problem-solving skills / Proactiveness / Ownership
• impressive attention-to-detail skills
• Time management / prioritizing their tasks effectively
