Job Description

Marietta High School is seeking a knowledgeable, passionate, and reliable Varsity Offensive Coordinator to join our Men's Lacrosse Program for the 2026 Spring season. This paid position is ideal for a coach who thrives in a collaborative environment , has a deep understanding of offensive strategy , and is committed to developing high-character student-athletes .

Position Overview:

As the Varsity Offensive Coordinator, you will serve as the lead designer and executor of our offensive identity. Working closely with the Head Coach and staff, you will plan, implement, and adjust weekly game plans, lead offensive segments during practice, and mentor offensive position groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the offensive unit at all varsity practices and games
• Collaborate with Head Coach on overall game strategy, culture, and player development
• Design and install offensive systems, schemes, and adjustments
• Break down game and practice film to improve performance
• Support and mentor athletes both on and off the field
• Assist in program-wide development initiatives and offseason planning

Qualifications

• High-level lacrosse knowledge with an emphasis on offensive systems
• Prior coaching experience (Varsity, College, or high-level club preferred)
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Dependability and punctuality for all practices and games
• Dedication to our staff goals of collaboration, efficiency, and execution
• Alignment with our mission to develop great athletes—and better men

Commitment & Compensation:

• Season runs from January through May 2026
• Practices are Monday–Friday from 3:00–5:00 PM at Marietta High School
• Must attend all games and practices unless otherwise arranged with the Head Coach
• Compensation is extremely competitive and stipend-based
