TrainHire & Figmints is looking for an energetic, well-spoken and eager-to-close sales person to join our team as a **Virtual Sales Representative**. This flexible contract position has many areas for growth. As a PAID position, you will be paid for each presentation made to a new prospect as a base, in addition to commission on closed projects. There will be full training available to move at your own pace AND the training is paid too!

**Responsibilities include:**
* Reaching out to new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads.
* Provide prospective customers/clients with excellent service, and presentations as needed
* Work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult them through the sales process.
* Follow up with prospects, and keep up with regular communications
* Maintain an up to date CRM with detailed notes
* Attend 1on1s and regular company meetings
**We are looking for candidates who are:**
* Comfortable making calls and talking to new people daily
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
* Willingness to gain an in-depth understanding of companies services and their position in the industries they work in
* Persuasive and goal-oriented
* Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
* Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
* Self-motivated and self-directed
* Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
* Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
* Interest in the sales process from initiation to close
* Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
* Ability to multitask (i.e. take digital notes while holding a phone conversation)
* Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
