About the Role

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Visual Designer with a strong eye for design, a passion for beauty and lifestyle content, and the versatility to support across social, web, and brand initiatives. This role will focus primarily on social media asset creation, while also contributing to web banners, email design, and creative production.

You’ll thrive here if you’re a collaborative thinker, visually savvy, and comfortable switching between design, moodboarding, and light photo/video editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital assets for social (posts, stories, reels), web banners, emails, and presentations
• Support pitch decks and internal visual communications
• Contribute to moodboards and creative direction for campaigns and shoots
• Prep deliverables for paid, web, and social launches
• Crop, resize, and retouch image assets as needed
• Maintain brand consistency across all templates and files
• Execute basic short-form video edits (Reels, Story crops, etc.)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and production teams

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in graphic or visual design
• Strong grasp of layout, typography, and composition
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) and Figma.
• Familiarity with post-production workflows (retouching, color, export)
• Good instincts for aesthetic quality and brand consistency
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communicator with a team-first attitude

Bonus Points

• Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
• Understanding of social trends and creator-style content
• Motion design or animation skills a plus
