I'm excited to be a partnered with an independently-owned, full-service Healthcare Communications agency on their search for a VP of Medical Strategy to join and lead their Scientific team! As an agency, their creative team is widely recognized for their strategic capabilities, acting as a true extension to their pharma + biotech clients marketing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee content from a medical, scientific and strategic perspective to ensure all content accuracy and consistency
• Participate in planning and kick off meetings, offering scientific, medical and strategic input
• Assist in content flow, direct messages and defining content of HCP materials
• Provide scientific content expertise for assigned agency brands
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients whilst developing new business
• Work cross-functionally with various agency departments partaking in pitches and presenting to clients as needed

Skills Required:

• High science degree - PhD, MD, PharmD
• Circa 7- 10 years of experience working in a healthcare advertising agency setting
• Superb writing skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Intermediate proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
