Warehouse Coordinator / 61346

2nd Shift | $60K–$65K

Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Overtime available on weekends and for special projects

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Coordinator to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This full-time, onsite role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in inventory accuracy and materials coordination between warehouse and production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee receiving, staging, and reconciliation of packaging materials
• Conduct daily cycle counts and track production scrap
• Enter data into ERP; generate shipping documents as needed
• Serve as liaison between production, warehouse, and inventory teams
• Coordinate material flow, trailer movements, and yard logistics
• Troubleshoot basic system and software issues
• Manage shipments with UPS/FedEx and complete daily shift reports
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience (3–5+ years in a manufacturing warehouse)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ERP systems
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy

Additional Details:

• Must be flexible to support other shifts or locations when needed
• Expected workload increases during peak season (summer months)
• This is a fully onsite role; remote or hybrid work is not permitted
